Im so impressed with this app. I honestly didnt expect it to work so well.

Apple watch takes about 2 minutes to update.

From a design standpoint: Beautiful From an execution standpoint: Impeccable From a feature standpoint: Sorely lacking. As a bike commuter there is no bike option. And as a person who rarely goes to the same place twice I cannot get one-time directions. This would be my only transit app if it accounted for those 2 things. Its beautiful, its polished, its well thought out but its just not quite there. Id happily rate this app 5 stars if it could account for one-off directions or bike routes (which are available in Google Maps where ETA is pulling its data from)

App is nice, if inflexible, about setting up a list of frequent destinations. Although the developers say the Apple Watch app has improved, I dont notice it. The complication never updates automatically and it takes 2-3 minutes after launching the app for any results to display on screen. If youre considering this app, only expect the iPhone part to work.

You can do most of the stuff ETA does with a maps app, but with ETA its much more beautiful and efficient. Its kind of like a luxury item that seems redundant until you start using it, then it just feels like the right tool for the job when maps felt like nearly the right tool.

In addition to having a difficult time restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, hard resetting, etc., all in an effort to get the app to display information other than "Loading", the AW complication doesnt do the one thing for which Ive purchased the app: i.e., view the complication to see my ETA refreshing in the background. As it is, I still have to tap the complication, be taken to the app, force touch my destination, tap Refresh, then see the time. Its simply not worth the effort. Supposedly, this was fixed in the latest update, but from where Im sitting, it still has a way to go.

I recently purchased this app after seeing the devs showing great care in providing updates to users via third-party forums and what not. Its a beautiful app but the watch app still isnt very useful or functioning properly. The complication doesnt update on its own unless you click to open the app, which makes it pointless to use a complication. Please fix this asap as its the driving force behind me purchasing the app. The iPhone app is beautiful and very useful, great work and please keep it up!

I hope it improves.. The last few updates did not. I purchased because of a review from Apple Watch podcast. Please update.

While the complication is nice and the smaller size fits better on the modular face, it still doesnt update. Two stars until thats fixed.

Love the idea of ETA as a watch complication: just glance at your wrist and see how long your commute will be. But the complication doesnt refresh. In fact, nothing in the app refreshes unless you go in and force a manual refresh. Ideally, you should be able to choose which destination displays at what time, and it should refresh at every wrist-raise. Hope it actually gets fixed soon!

Really solid app, but some of the watch features are hit and miss. Also would love to see the app give me the furthest ETA from my favorites list on my watch and not show me the ETA from my current location. Does not help at all.

I dont think people realize location for ETA needs to be set to on always which will update the Apple Watch app every 30 min but if they do Idk what people are talking about honestly. Maybe they dont understand when you open the ETA Apple Watch app you need to click on the location you want then force touch on the display that says the location, traffic, address and more menus will pop up; one of them being "set as complication." It immediately showed up for me with the correct time and light indicating traffic was good. This is amazing for work.

There are few apps that do exactly what they advertise they can do so cleanly and efficiently as ETA. Between the "Today View" widget and the ability to instantly send locations to the GPS app of my choosing, this app has been the difference between me showing up on time and barely getting there.

The idea of the app is great; however, even with location turned to "Always," the Apple Watch complication still does update automatically. If they fix that issue, along with making the complication more customizable (i.e. Changing location on watch face based on time of day or current location, itll be perfect. I do appreciate that the developers seem to take suggestions to heart and quickly address.

App itself and Notification Center works great but the Watch OS 2 Complication has issues updating. This is using the latest update, it updates once (when you set it) then needs to be manually tapped on to open the Watch App then, a firm press to "refresh" then, itll update once you Digital Crown out to the main face again. Please fix. May request refund.

I have location access set to "always". As noted in many earlier reviews, the complication does not update on the watch. This is a waste of money because of that.

I bought this app based on an article that was clearly an advert written as a piece. This app shows promise, but some of the features for the Apple Watch are so far away from finished. Can we please have etas connected to our calendar? Then as the day progresses, the eta updates on our watch automatically. Then this app would be perfect, and I would tell everyone about it.
